Servings | 24 Cookies
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
2 2/3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (I prefere Bourbon Vanilla Extract)
3 Large Eggs
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside. Beat together the butter, sugars and vanilla extract. Then add the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Add the dry ingredients slowly until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Allow to cool on the pan for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack until they are completely cooled.
Oh, these look so good! Don't tempt me into making them!!!
