I searched and scoured everywhere for Easter garland and banners that I LOVED. I couldn’t find a single one that I knew I would keep past this Easter season. In an effort to be more conscious about what I bring into my home I refused to buy something I didn’t love, so I did a deep dive on Amazon and found this Easter Bunny Pompom Garland, I liked it, but I didn’t love it. It lacked color, but I had just created this Rainbow Felt Ball Garland for St. Patrick’s Day and knew that wool felt balls would be the perfect addition to make this bunny garland really pop! So this is more of a DIY-BUY than a DIY project, but I am obsessed with how it turned out.
- Using scissors carefully cut the bunny pompoms off of the string that attaches them.
- Using a strong string (or thread) and a needle, thread seven wool felt balls on the string, then a bunny pompom and repeat six times and then add seven additional wool felt balls. Trim the string, leaving at least 12 inches on each end.
- Tie a loop on each end of the garland to make it easy to hang and trim off excess string.
