My friend Kara and her daughters join the doodles and I the Sunday before Memorial Day for a pool party and BBQ. We have so much fun splashing around, buying the cutest pool floats to play with, grilling and eating red, white and blue treats!
You know I love to throw a party, but my favorite part is picking the perfect theme, so when I spotted some cute pool float paper plates and beach ball napkins at Hobby Lobby I knew they would be the perfect addition to our Memorial Day Weekend Pool Party! I am calling this party theme Girls Just Wanna Have Sun! because when I spotted napkins with the phrase in my summer party supply box I knew it was the perfect vibe! Most of us are ladies (don’t worry Captain Parm is still allowed to join the PAWty) and we will definitely be having fun in the sun. Sunday is supposed to reach 90 degrees in Arlington, so a dip in the pool will be super refreshing!
